- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes by how much work is involved for me and the value that I am bringing to the client. There is no hourly rate. I will admit right away, my services are not cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by knowing what the client wants. I like to see what their needs are by wanting a website and/or SEO. From there I see if it's worth it for them and how I can help them achieve that/those goals. If it's possible, I explain everything and give them a quote. If it's not possible, I politely decline and explain why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have put many businesses in front of customers looking for what the company is offering. I have taken businesses with 0 online presence to getting almost 10 calls for work per day. I have been doing this since I was a teenager with a 100% success rate.
