I just made a major move and knew it was way beyond what I or my family could handle with a UHaul. For one thing, I have a massive treasured bureau that needed to be hoisted out a second story window, and I also have an old, very heavy player piano. I saw BFX on the Nextdoor website and reached out to Steve Mullin. When he came out for the estimate, I knew we would work well together and he and his BFX team were right for the job. He was personable, and approachable, and I felt very comfortable and confident hiring him to move my precious belongings. And I found his quote to be very reasonable. In addition, his company also handles junk removal, so hiring Steve for both jobs made perfect sense and made everything so much easier. However some things that I no longer wanted or needed could still be useful and not something I would consider "junk". Steve assured me that they find homes for as much of what's removed as possible before trashing anything. I found this to be not only impressive but also reassuring, knowing these things would find a new home and not a landfill. I was also impressed by Steve and his team of three young men, who came out two consecutive days to first remove the "junk", and then to move the remaining contents of my house to my new home. They worked tirelessly for MANY hours both days and treated me and my belongings with the utmost respect. They handled both the bureau and piano with apparent ease and made it look effortless. They were personable and very polite, and it was a pleasure to have met them. Thanks to Steve and his BFX team, the whole process was far easier than I ever could've imagined, and I couldn't be more grateful. They rate a five star review and I highly recommend them for junk removal, moving, or as in my case, both.
