Roman, the owner of Prime Plumbing, came out personally and took the time to do a thorough assessment of the work that needed to be done. He explained everything clearly, gave me a good understanding of what to expect, and came back the very next day to complete the job.
What really stood out was how efficiently he handled the work. We expected the water to be shut off for a significant amount of time, but Roman was able to get everything completed with far less downtime than anticipated. That made a big difference.
Beyond the quality of the work, Roman was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with from beginning to end. You can tell he takes pride in his business and in doing the job right.
I would definitely recommend Roman and Prime Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who is thorough, efficient, and professional. Great work and a great experience all around.
