Initial contact with Dale was exceptional in that he had a range of high level international contacts I need; federal experience in protecting clients from the investment integrity situation I am investigating .Oct 16, 2015Verified
This man is NOT a private investigator. He is not licensed in Pennsylvania. I am in contaxt with the District Attorney, and they are reviewing for possible criminal charges. I paid $1875 for an investigation. He did not even verify marital status, which only needed a $4 fee and a few minutes of time. In addition if you express any doubt about what he doing he turns into a bully. He even had the nerve to tell me if I contacted law enforcement I would be breaking federal law. Save your money. Do NOT bother hiring private investigators, or you end up being ripped off by people like this. Update: The district attorney is currently looking into this. I did not stop the work. Seraph and Mr. Yeager did not conduct an investigation. As I stated before one glaring example, I asked for marital status to be checked. It was a simple filing of a from and a $4 fee that would have helped them discover this. Seraph or Mr. Yeager did not bother to do this. Dale Yeager is the one to tell me he was NOT going to complete the investigation. And I have the email to prove it. I also have the emails that indicate that he was completely done with this investigation, and had not been able to find information out on this woman. He told the bold faced lie that she was "backstopped" or hiding her information. Information another investigator was able to pull up. He has lied and tried to use intimidation tactics to defraud me. Oh and his office, is not an office. The police have been out there, and it is a martial arts studio! But thanks for this feedback I will send it over to the district attorney. In the meantime Thumbtack should ban Dale Yeager and Seraph from this website, as he took $1875 and did not conduct an investigation.Mar 23, 2018VerifiedSERAPH Inc.'s reply
Ms. Walker hired SERAPH to provide research for her. We provided the services she contracted us for but as we were nearing the end of the case she abruptly stopped. She would not work with us during the case and resisted all efforts to finish the submission to Government entities segment.
Mr Yeager spoke at our Law Enforcement conference about School Safety. He was able to speak to us for 4 hours and never lost our interest. Mr Yeager is very professional and very knowledgeable in the subjects he speaks about. He has great passion, I would highly recommend his services.Jan 19, 2015
I have no motive to make false claims that SERAPH has identified the wrong person. SERAPH's motives are clear; GET PAID AND DO NO WORK....To anyone considering their services, you should probably look elsewhere. Look forward to further details. I will update this as the case is resolved properly with or without the help of, SERAPH.Sep 26, 2019VerifiedSERAPH Inc.'s reply
Untrue. We did what we were contracted to do and the female he wanted us to find [his "fiance'" did not want to contact the client. Our team felt that this was a stalking situation and finishes our relationship with the client.
We felt the SERAPH team gave us a thorough report and helped answer the questions we had. Dale was also thoughtful and professional.Jun 10, 2018VerifiedSERAPH Inc.'s reply
