I required a ceiling fan install. A company I have worked with in the past started the job, but reported in the 'attic' area there was bare wire that looked like rodent damage and as they weren't certified electricians they did not feel comfortable hooking into the power. After contacting a few electricians I went with Mr. Likens for the job. While there were some timing issues as he was caught up with the preceding client, he did communicate fully and ensured he arrived on the set day to complete the job. The access for the attic area is anything but easy, however Mr. Likens did not abandon the job and was able to make it up to the required spaces. He also reported there were no bare wires, that it was only old and unused antenna / phone wires that had degraded, not been chewed. He completed the install relatively quickly and at a much better final price than the previous company would have charged. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and his knowledgeable attitude, as he was happy to thoroughly explain certain aspects of the job.
