- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is for mowing. We charge a flat rate of $45 for up to 1 acre of mowing. Which includes all mowing, trimming, edging of sidewalks, and clean up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is by first meeting the customer and getting a good idea of what there wants and needs are with the service they are requesting to be done. Than we go to the drawing board and come up with an estimate and design of its needed for the work and take it to them. From there it the estimate is accepted we take on the job and complete the job to our customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to York County School to Technology for Landscape Construction & Design. I graduated with my Landscape Construction certificate. I've been landscaping since I was about 10 years old and wanted to get in the field.
