My radon unit fan went bad. I contacted U.S. Radon Professionals and had the fan replaced the next day. They did an excellent job and I learned some helpful things about radon and my unit too.

Dave was quick to respond, showed up early, and was able to get the job done in my short timeline. Dave and his colleague were very kind, professional, and maintained all of the COVID guidelines. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely fair for the job that I do. I have never ripped off one single customer on any job that I've done. Nor will I ever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a short questionnaire on the phone, and then I schedule an on-site estimate, if needed. It is not required for us to do this, but most of the time, people appreciate the in-person estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified radon mitigation specialist. The certification is through the state of Pennsylvania DEP. My number is PA 3161.
