UPDATED: AGAIN, they came to my rescue- super speedy appointment, and FIXED ON THE SPOT!!! Thanks, Felton !!!! You are the BEST !!! Extremely professional & responsive service! They squeezed me into their schedule, and Felton arrived promptly at 8am, and had the issue diagnosed & repaired almost immediately...Additionally, he went above and beyond to inspect the entire unit.
