I've been working with trainer Mike (owner) for about a month now. I was a little unsure , but as of now I can say I'm happy. We always do a full session, and Mike makes sure to communicate if I'm doing anything incorrectly, he'll tell me. Just be honest with him. That's how any relationship works. My sessions have been good. They're different, but there's a lot of familiarity built in. What's been really worth it has been the diet. It's been very fun to cook again, and to feel so great. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We schedule a phone call to talk over initial goals and where the client prefers the training setting to be. The next step is to meet in person and further discuss how my company will fulfill the clients goals with our multi step process listed in our about us section on Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have two training certifications and am in my last year of Physical Therapy school. I work with general fitness populations and take care of people post physical therapy. I also staff trainers that have many backgrounds that can encompass your preferred training style.
