The quality of my appraisal was excellent and the appraiser was professional, punctual, and thorough. The cost was reasonable. Arranging a time was quick and easy.
The delivery of the report was slow and required repeated calls for me to receive my documents. Communication is poor and some calls went unanswered. David, however, is responsive and helpful.
