They had 2 choices for receiving an appraisal which I really liked and why I chose Akrivis. I went with their lowest option which saved me a few hundred dollars. The appraisal that I received was as good as if I'd paid the extra money. Beautiful and clear pictures of the home and clear understanding when I read the appraisal. The quality of my appraisal was excellent and the appraiser was professional, punctual, and thorough. The cost was reasonable. Arranging a time was quick and easy.
The delivery of the report was slow and required repeated calls for me to receive my documents. Communication is poor and some calls went unanswered. David, however, is responsive and helpful.

The appraiser, Taverick, was the most unprofessional person I have ever hired. In short, he made three different appointments to come to do the appraisal. When he did not show up the first time or call, I called him. He said his car broke down and rescheduled for later that day. Later he did not show up OR call. After several calls by me he finally called and rescheduled for early the following day. The next day arrived, and he did not show up or call. After several attempts to reach him, he texted he wasn’t coming. I sent a message to someone whom I assumed was the scheduler or the supervisor. I did get my money back but this lack of professional behavior by Taverick was a big problem for me because I came into town from 10+ hours away and was only in town for a few days.
