They had 2 choices for receiving an appraisal which I really liked and why I chose Akrivis. I went with their lowest option which saved me a few hundred dollars. The appraisal that I received was as good as if I'd paid the extra money. Beautiful and clear pictures of the home and clear understanding when I read the appraisal. Would definitely recommend this company.

The quality of my appraisal was excellent and the appraiser was professional, punctual, and thorough. The cost was reasonable. Arranging a time was quick and easy.
The delivery of the report was slow and required repeated calls for me to receive my documents. Communication is poor and some calls went unanswered. David, however, is responsive and helpful.
