About

After 20+ years of a private instructor to teach violin/viola for students and adults, and a professional concert musician experiences in San Francisco Bay Area, I have just relocated to State College. I use a balanced approach of technical studies and appropriate repertoire while still emphasizing that playing the violin & viola should be fun. Music has always been a big part of my life with both teaching and performing. I enjoy conveying my musical knowledge to those that are eager to learn, for self-enrichment or with a professional goal in mind.

My son, who took viola lessons from Aram, began to increase his viola sound and tone as his posture improved. In a short time, noticeable changes appeared, and our son's expression improved, and he is getting skillful, which made me very satisfied as a parent. It is such a good chance that we could meet her as a teacher on time. She is a very professional and wonderful teacher we have ever met!
