Turned out to be a complicated situation and process but when we determined that Amazon had acquired and then sent the wrong ink cartridges, he went to a nearby store and acquired the proper items so now everything is running great, especially for a 10 year old HP printer. Sama was great in discovering the issue and explaining it all. A great and much appreciated outcome; thanks very much! I’ll be returning those incorrect cartridges…

If there were more stars I would give him at least a 10! I could not be more pleased. He found the problem so quickly it was shocking! Then he went over so many things to make sure it wasn't a fluke that it worked so quickly. Testing and testing many things and determined that the problem was totally solved! So grateful!
