I would have selected all five attributes! Work quality, value, professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness. He responded quickly to my request for assistance. Arrived when he said he would, went out of his way to locate the parts I needed for my printer, completed the repairs promptly and even gave me tips on how to use my printer. These days people think that everything is disposal. I disagree. A small investment to get my printer repaired. Lastly, kindness counts in my book. That’s Sama. Thank you for repairing my printer!
