I needed my new laptop and printer hooked up and linked. Sam’s was able to come this afternoon, and he got everything done. He informed me that I needed new ink cartridges (they had sat out for a while and dried out). Sama even linked my phone to the printer, so I can do wireless printing. His price was very reasonable for the work done, and he offered to come back if I needed any more help.

I would have selected all five attributes! Work quality, value, professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness. He responded quickly to my request for assistance. Arrived when he said he would, went out of his way to locate the parts I needed for my printer, completed the repairs promptly and even gave me tips on how to use my printer.
