Kaleb came out with 24 hours notice, was extremely thorough, wore a mask the entire time, listened to all of our concerns, and fully explained what he was doing and why. He put us extremely at ease and made it a no-brained to have him come back quarterly for maintenance.

Kaleb was awesome I didn't know what the problem was I just knew I had a pest problem he got down to the bottom told me the good and the bad and how he could fix and he did just that and said he'll be back in 2weeks to follow up, Armor Pest is definitely on my I'm a life time customer list. My experience with Armor Pest Control was excellent! He came to the house and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He did not waste any time or charge for anything more than what he thought was absolutely necessary. He explained where he thought the mice were getting in and we have not had a mouse since! Would definitely hire again in the future!
Kaleb is the man. I have a quarterly package set up with him and he's been successfully treating my mice problem and also sprays around the house exterior to keep general annoying critters like crickets and spiders under control. I started seeking results in just a few weeks, a dead mouse every once in awhile finding its way inside, but at least I'm getting physical proof of his methods working great. Haven't seen a live one in months, very happy with the work he's doing. Not to mention, extremely affordable; the "other guys" that start with an E wanted me to pay more than double of what he's offered me.

Armor Pest Control realizes not every home or business is the same size or has the same concerns so our pricing structure is fair and reasonable per the job. We also run special promotions and holiday specials for further savings each year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Armor Pest Control will provide as much information is possible to a potential client regarding a specific job. We want our clients to know exactly what the game plan is regarding their pest concerns prior to a client hiring us. We like to set realistic expectations from the beginning with our customers. Armor Pest Control will exceed your expectations and come up with the best defense to your pest problems!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Armor Pest Control is state certified through the state of PA and MD department of agricultural. Every year the states require many credit hours accumulated to remain certified in those states they operate. We always exceed these credit hours each year and pride ourself in our training.
