- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Armor Pest Control realizes not every home or business is the same size or has the same concerns so our pricing structure is fair and reasonable per the job. We also run special promotions and holiday specials for further savings each year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Armor Pest Control will provide as much information is possible to a potential client regarding a specific job. We want our clients to know exactly what the game plan is regarding their pest concerns prior to a client hiring us. We like to set realistic expectations from the beginning with our customers. Armor Pest Control will exceed your expectations and come up with the best defense to your pest problems!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Armor Pest Control is state certified through the state of PA and MD department of agricultural. Every year the states require many credit hours accumulated to remain certified in those states they operate. We always exceed these credit hours each year and pride ourself in our training.
