Here's my Angie's List review...without signing up for Angie's List:WHAT WORK DID I NEED DONE?I bought a generator and wanted it set up so that I could easily use it in the event we lost power. Doug came up with a great plan, where an outlet was installed on my back porch and power was run to the electrical panel in the basement. It's super easy to switch over to generator power by plugging in the generator on the porch and flipping two switches in the basement. There's even a safety shield installed, so that both switches (the normal main power and the one for the generator) cannot be on at the same time. I know nothing about electricity (except that I'm grateful for it) and this set up is fantastic. It makes me feel safe and it's easy!HOW DID IT GO?It went great! Doug was very responsive in returning my call, friendly while explaining different aspects of the plan to me in easy-to-understand terms, and quick in coming to my house to determine an estimate for the job. The total cost was exactly what he estimated, too. On the day of installation (which was very soon thereafter), I was told they'd be here "in the afternoon"--his crew was here promptly by 12:30!! Brandyn and Scott were very friendly and informative. Brandyn even chose not to use the convenient bilco door for much quicker, easier access because he didn't want my unaccounted for kittens (which I was frantically trying to locate) to escape. Scott gave me a great tutorial and tips, while patiently allowing me to take notes.They worked quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and very pleasantly. Then, afterward, Doug texted me to make sure everything was to my liking, which it was. I would definitely recommend Thomas' Electrical Services!

Had a high powered underground electric line that was struck by a contractor, they came accessed the situation, got the supplies needed, schedualed the repair and got us back up and running quickly.As always quick and prompt service. Highly recommend for all your electrical needs, residential, commercial, and industrial!
