Did a water heater installation. The brand quoted wasn’t available so he upgraded the unit with no upcharge to us. He stayed true to his estimate. Interestingly, this “better” model never heated the water, it was no good right out of the box! So Todd came right back after getting warranty worked approved for it and replaced the guts. No charge. Works great now. Appreciate his efforts, and his commitment to making sure everything was made right for us…even though I’m sure he lost money on it. Planning to have him back out to replace our central A/C unit next.

He showed up for a broken central a/c unit within 30 min and he diagnosed my issue. He recharged so I could use system for the day in the middle of summer and showed up the next day with a brand new system to replace at a super reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!
