I can only say good things about the team! First of all, they were very fast at responding to my request and came right away to fix our unresponsive dryer that we were so close to replacing with a new one! They came on time and I showed the dryer and they listened and started taking everything apart. Like frame and everything! I knew right away they were very knowledgeable. I just left them be and TA-DA! I was called in and the dryer was working again! We are so glad we didn't go ahead and purchase another one! Another BIG plus for me was that they were big dog lovers! Specifically, shar-pei lovers- which I own 2 :) We are very happy we found them and they are on my phone contact list. I know who to call next time. Highly recommended from us!
