Simon called me back within 30 minutes and came promptly at the designated time. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem with my stove, gave me quote and quickly repaired the oven. Fortunately, he had the part on the truck and we were finished in about 1-1/2 hours. I would recommend the company to anyone and will use again if needed.

I would hire this company again. They are very polite professionals, very text communicative. My Samsung oven convection fan became very noisy. The Samsung repair professional company made me feel like a crook because the oven is out of warranty, and text demanded payment in advance. Also, they were more than twice more expensive for the initial service call. I was relieved to find an alternative to Samsung repair.

My dryer stopped working and Repair Team came to the rescue. It took a few days for the part needed to arrive, but when it did my dryer was back to working order within a few hours. I would definitely hire Repair Team again. Very nice and courteous fellows.
