I organized an infant/child CPR course for 8 people. They were very accommodating with the location, time, and date. Ron was our instructor and he was very clear and concise with what to do and how to react in an emergency situation. He was also very happy to answer the several questions we threw at him and gave us some handy tips. I feel more at ease now knowing what I should do if anything happens with my 2 year old son. thank you!

Gordon’s cousin, a former NYPD detective who is now a safety consultant, taught our course in NYC. He was thorough, professional and patiently fielded every question we threw at him. With the help of his dummy Charlie, he worked with us repeatedly to nail the proper way to do compressions. He was passionate about educating ordinary people to the way CPR and other safety techniques work, and even went over a list of items that should be in a quality first aid kit. He showed us several maneuvers to use if someone is choking, as well as how to use a portable defibrillator (he brings all models and supplies.) He’s very easy to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Be forewarned the price is higher for a session in your home.

Gordon was so easy to work with, and really accommodated us to coordinate a virtual infant CPR course for our family. It was very informative and he was very supportive and enthusiastic during the course! We will definitely recommend Gordon and True Heart for anyone who needs life support training!
