Walter was awesome! We have a vacation rental that was experiencing power issues. It needed immediate attention before our next group of guests arrived. Walter was able to check it out the very next morning and quickly determined it was actually a PPL issue. Walter contacted PPL to alert them to the issue and thankfully the issue was addressed the same day. Walter even checked the house the next day to make sure the power had been restored. We would definitely call Walter again for any electrical issues!
