I hired Ed’s Pressure Washing to clean my gutters, but unfortunately, they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I had chosen them based on their reputation and recommendations, but their failure to follow through on their commitment was a letdown.
Communication was also lacking, as I received no prior notice or explanation for their absence. As a customer, reliability and professionalism are of utmost importance, and in this regard, Ed’s Pressure Washing fell short.
I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication processes in the future, as I believe this would greatly enhance their service. As it stands, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
