I had a small siding repair job, but it was located in a very hard to access area in an upper portion of the house. I called Simon and he quickly came to provide an estimate and an explanation of how his team would attack the job. They figured out a creative way to safely access the area and perform the work. Simon was very communicative, personable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He provided excellent information and full disclosure on how and when the work would be done. His team completed the job on time and I cannot say enough about the quality of the work, the meticulous details, the use of high-quality materials, and the amazing final appearance. Everything with Simon Says was great! Very responsive, on time, great work at a great price! It's been over 6 months since they've repaired our roof leak in our warehouse and there hasn't been a single issue since! They came from an hour away and their price was literally 90% less than a much closer local company quoted us.

Simon was prompt, kind, courteous and professional. He provided me with a reasonable estimate for the repairs I needed. Our only issue was the weather in PA lol. However, his time came out timely and completed the job in one day. And God bless these men for working so hard and diligently in the cold to fix this for me. :-) It looks amazing! It was not an easy job as my patio roof was completely broken and rotten. The roof has a low pitch, and this is the 4th time I have had to have it replaced. I am praying this is the last time! I am planning on calling Simon again soon for an estimate on a new roof for the rest of my home as it has been about 20+ years since it was replaced.
