I am 100% satisfied with Tom Barnabei's General Contracting Company. What impressed me most was Tom's professionalism and and friendly customer service attitude. I felt very well taken care of; not only was the work expertly handled, he was always willing to stop and explain what was happening and then make any changes if they were necessary. He is very easy to work with and accessible to the customer. I called him in for a simple paint and patch job for my living room, post electrical work. The original company I hired to do the electric work messed up the job and were impossible to secure a finish date. I mentioned to Tom that we had to delay the paint and patch in order to get a new electrician. Tom took care of everything and had his electrician's out to my house the very next day. They were on time, courteous and most importantly, they corrected the first poorly done work and finished everything in record time. Once the electric work was completed, Tom sent his patch and paint guys out to the house to take care of the holes and restore the rooms to their original beauty. I was so pleased with his timeliness, professionalism and ability to get things done that I hired him to build a wood workshop in my basement . It turned out wonderfully and while he was down there he fixed the leaky valves on my washing machine and a few other plumbing issues. I have to say, if you need work done whether in a dire emergency or just a leisurely renovation, Tom Barnabei is the man to hire. I look forward to using his company for all my future projects!
