David is an excellent teacher. He explains everything so you can understand how your voice works and so you can eventually teach yourself. He brings a level of expertise that is unparalleled. He also brings humor which makes it fun to go. He's so patient so I never feel stupid. I've had to cancel so many times because of last minute scheduling conflicts and he has always been accommodating without seeming hassled even though I know it's a hassle when I change my schedule on him. Between violin, piano, drums, and songwriting lessons I've had MANY teachers over the years and David is superb in every way. You just can't go wrong taking from him. I can see myself growing with him for many years to come.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child my father had me performing with him and I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Working with the students range. Keeping them connected from their chest voice (bottom voice) all the way up into their head voice (not falsetto).
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a voice Major at UNLV (University of Las Vegas) who was taking private lessons from the University come into my studio. Was on the brink of failing out. When she came to me her voice was light and weak with no range and understanding of how to use her voice correctly. She had no confidence and was ready to quit. I worked with her for 3 months and she now has passed her finals in performance and is looking forward to moving forward on her singing Journey.
