Introduction: Roxie’s Event planners creates, organizes and supervises every element of an event. We handle parties, large and small and events of all types. We do parades, festivals, fairs, weddings, makeup and fund-raisers, marketing presentations and event education. We also do music festivals and more. We have over 30 years of experience. We have experienced staff, cooks, decorators, designers, stage and lighting and sound systems. We do NASCAR events, conference planning and execution. At “Roxie’s Events”, we are party planners. We organize, execute and conceive special affairs like weddings, corporate receptions, anniversaries, bar, birthday parties and bat mitzvahs. We create design to an event that suit the customers’ budgets and needs. Party planners are also known as event planners or party consultants. We can assure you of the following services: * We are professionals who are responsible in coordinating, organizing and arranging things for planning an event as requested by the clients. * We work hard in order to organize a particular event, from stage planning to the actual event day. * We assume different responsibilities depending on the request of the client. We initially begin by communicating and meeting with our customers in order to determine the kind of party the clients want and the budget they wish to allocate. * We listen to the customer’s ideas and make some suggestions to make the event an unforgettable one. We do site visits for the event and take images or photos, so as to measure the area and create floor plans. * We perform research and assume the entire responsibilities for planning an event, from ordering food services and sending invitations to providing exceptional parking arrangements. We are mostly present during the actual event to be able to handle problems that may arise. Salary range for party and events differ greatly from event to event.
