- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we have base price for our service, we are able to adjust the prices level based on the clients needs. Every event is different and we price according to what level if service the customer requests, we keep or pricing affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most events require simple communication by phone or email, the initial consultation is used to gather all the information to formulate the required level if service and pricing structure. With regards to Weddings we have an initial face to face consultation and one final meeting two weeks before the event. Once the event is booked the customer is always welcomed to contact me as many times as possible with any questions or requests. I will always go over and above to provide the most complete and professional service to all my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning by listening to all types of music, so I am prepared for any requests my clients might have. It is essential to consistently craft my skills to continuously be a leader in the areas entertainment industry.
