I had them contracted to remove wall paper and paint my powder room. Initially it was going to be a two day job. They got it done in a day and the end result is excellent and such a change from before. A very classic look. i thought their prices were reasonable and the painters were very nice too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Most times a job is just a little different in work order and difficulty so pricing varies most times.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out free of charge and provide the customer with an estimate for their work order. Then we get a contract written up for them. They sign off and we nail down a start and approximate finish date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years in the trades. However, we have a team with various professional skills in most areas.
