- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First,I listen to my clients. I ask questions. I ask the most important but simple questions. I get a detailed idea of what you, the customer wants. I start with the broad theme of the night or I find out about the couple. From there I drill down to specifics. I find out the "what and who" of the event. Once we are on the same page with the shoot, then I give a time line and explain how I work - the details. The "how, when, where" of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning to perfect my skills and my craft. Experience is a great teacher. Mentors. Fellow photographers, older and younger than me. Online courses. Youtube.
