As a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, we do price accordingly with a 10%-12% differential for many clients, depends on the project

Typical Process.... After many many years of Home Improvements, every client is definitely different in many ways, we do approach openly, humbly, patiently and patiently

-High School Diploma -Some College for Architecture, (Rough Drafting) saves people a lot of money than hiring out -Residential Wood Framer since 1979 over 145 homes -Commercial metal Framer since 1996 -Union Carpenter for 15 years then on my own -Worked for a Residential Home Improvement company for 14 years until 1992 -Started my company in 1992 in NY -A Residential Remodeler for over 40 years -Custom Deck Builder -AIHT in the state of PA a Certified Residential Home Inspector -Troubleshooter
