Jon has done work for me for the last 5 years. I can always count on him to be reliable and to communicate promptly when needed. Jon takes pride in his work and does a thorough job. He has installed vinyl flooring, built garden fencing, performed maintenance on washer and dryer and even small jobs like assembling furniture and hanging pictures. Jon does a great job.

Jon is the maintenance super here where I live. He is a very kind man and also my neighbor. When our our family has a problem here at our residence, he is here to fix it. He has a lot of different jobs he does here, and gets them all done in a timely manner. I am disabled and Jon has even helped me several times when I have fallen. He's a good guy and worker.

I am very pleased with the work Jon had done for me. He was professional and explained everything he was doing and had me check to make sure he did everything I asked for him to do. His prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend him. Susan
