I can't recommend Victoria and Bronwyn highly enough. They came into an overwhelming situation and immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly kind, caring, thoughtful, and completely nonjudgmental throughout the entire process.
They worked with remarkable independence, only bringing me in when they truly needed a decision, which made the experience so much less stressful than I expected. They took on an enormous amount of work and made what had felt impossible suddenly feel manageable.
For a couple of days they also brought an assistant, Ransom to help. He was a wonderful addition to the team: hardworking, respectful, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in my home.
More than anything, they lifted an incredible weight off my shoulders. They gave me back a sense of calm and helped me move forward. I'm so grateful for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who feels overwhelmed and needs compassionate, skilled organizers.

Our home was drowning in stuff, the result of trying to wedge the possessions accumulated during two separate lives into one, fixed space. My brother made me do it; during a visit he realized that we needed a cleaning service, but only after we could clear the clutter.
Victoria and Bronwyn provided the discipline and labor to separate stuff into the categories of “keep”, “reuse”, and “toss”. “Reuse”, in our case was “donate”, but it could as easily have been sell. Victoria had contacts to provide the necessary removal service. Point is that through their patience and persistence, enough stuff left or was redeployed so that the house was not only easier to clean, more importantly, it was a home that was easier in which to live. At times I was embarrassed to see two people work so much harder on my space and in my behalf, than I was able to do myself.
I have welcomed the opportunity to recommend S&H.O.S. to others.

Our Pricing is $150 per hour for 2 organizers. On larger jobs booked we do offer a discount.

Initial phone consultation.
Depending on the job we may request pictures or do an on-site or virtual consultation to assess your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Victoria Papi is a Professional Organizer from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, with a passion for helping others declutter and organize their spaces. She has been a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 1999, the same year she launched her own organizing business.
Bronwyn Bird, also a Professional Organizer, discovered her love for organizing ten years ago, not long after that, she met Victoria. With a background in event planning and project management, Bronwyn brings a unique skill set to the table.
