The TRT team was amazing. They were highly responsive to my issue, very professional throughout the process. Within a few days they had everything dry and I liked that they used eco-friendly materials to remediate the issue. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have water damage or mold issues. We had a sewer backup in our basement, and The Restoration Team was at our house within hours. They removed the damaged plaster and carpet, set up drying equipment, and quickly got the water under control. The next day, they came back to disinfect everything and make sure the space was safe.They also worked directly with our insurance company, which made the process so much less stressful and easy dor us. Their team was professional, efficient, and kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommend them if you ever need water restoration or mold remediation work done!
