- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to greet all new customers like we great all of our current customers, with a level of professionalism and respect. We make every attempt to answer the call the first time every time. Given our location and cell service in this area if the call is missed we return it as soon as possible. Considering most customers are new to demolition we try to answer all questions and provide all necessary information to help inform the customer and make the process go as smooth as possible.
