Unfortunately, I have to change my review about Pristine. At first, I enjoyed working with Jonathon. That has since changed. Since my pool was installed about 13 months ago, the filter and pump have needed replaced and I’ve had a few leaks. (Jonathon did fix those but it took him a while to get to it) The patio that they installed has been a constant mess. Brooks Landscaping, who Pristine sub contracted the job to, can not seem to get it right. There is sand in my pool, hot tub, and house. The blocks on the edge of my pool are always falling into the pool. Quite frankly- it’s embarrassing, especially when guests are over. I seem to get nothing but excuses from both Pristine and Brooks. I’ve been trying to get the issue fixed for months yet nothing seems to get done. If you are looking for a pool builder, I would look elsewhere. Jonathon will be great at first, but once that check cashes, it’s a whole different story. Communication is terrible. Had I known it would be like this- I would have went with another pool builder.
