- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's often difficult to provide an estimate without the complete details of a project. I offer a variety of standard branding packages and can also customize a quote if needed. I also offer payment plans for projects over $1000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to me to get to know the customer's business, their goals overall, and their goals that are specific to this project. Only after we're clear on what those are, I'll move forward with the project. I usually require a deposit to secure my time. Communication is key, and happens throughout our work together. I typically allow for 2 rounds of revisions with each client and ensure they're satisfied with their work. The time to complete the project varies greatly depending on the scope of work, but brand strategy is done over a 2 week period, and a full branding and website package can be about 6 weeks, just to give a rough idea.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in branding, creative direction, and project management, and 3 years of experience in web design and Wordpress development. My branding, creative direction and project management skills all come from hands-on experience. My web design skills come through a variety of courses I've taken, in addition to a mentorship with a web agency.
