Josh arrived as arranged, listened attentively as we explained the problem. Within minutes he told us what he thought the problem was and proceeded to fix it. It was refreshing to see that he started with the simplest of possibilities rather than the worst it could have been. The worst would have involved taking up the floor or the ceiling below and very costly!!
All it involved was mastic....cheers all round. Would definitely recommend Fayco Plumbing and Excavating to anyone.
