I am here to help you navigate the process of obtaining your marriage license. I will create your unique personalized ceremony for you. It can have your love story incorporated into the ceremony or be a short and sweet ceremony. This is your ceremony, and my goal is to make the start of this new chapter in your life most memorable. If you aren't sure what your vision is in regard to your ceremony, I can help with that too.
My specialty is in creating a ceremony that is heartfelt, personal, fun yet intimate. Combining your personalities and or beliefs into a ceremony that reflects the 2 of you. I can incorporate traditional or non-traditional ceremonial rituals into your ceremony. My other passions are Vow Renewals, Commitment ceremonies, Celebrations of life. I work with my couple's or families to assure that your special day is a memorable occasion for you and your guest's. I am open minded and adaptable to your needs.

First before anything else, if you’re looking for someone to officiate your wedding with love and gentleness, stop right here! Danette was just wow! We were having personal struggles as a couple while planning for a small ceremony, but Danette was extremely patient with us and frequently kept in touch to make sure we were all on the same page, despite everything else going on in our lives. The ceremony was simple and sweet but filled with so much love. She moved her own plans around to make sure our day was special regardless. Danette Kashetta was an absolutely wonderful officiant! We met with her once before the wedding and went over all of the details. She asked us many questions on what we wanted for our wedding day and also got our love story. A little while later she sent me a draft of the ceremony incorporating all of the things we talked about. I had her revise it twice and she was more than willing. She wrote a beautiful ceremony that was very personal to us. She also came for the rehearsal no extra charge. On the wedding day she was dressed professionally and seems genuinely happy to be there! Also you cannot beat her price! I would recommend her hands down!

Danette was truly a blessing and I couldn't have imagined haven't any other officiant do our wedding. Not only did she accommodate our last minute wedding with only a 10 day notice she was very responsive, personalable, and a pleasure to have. Her going rate is very reasonable and even when i was running late she accommodated us with no up charge. She assisted my husband with creating his own vows as he needed some guidance and even with such short notice she created a breath taking ceromony. Not only would we highly recommend her but you would truly be lucky to have such an amazing person officiate your wedding. Danette did an amazing job with our ceremony. Our ceremony was touching & she explained what our relationship was like and all we hope for in the future together as husband & wife. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee for simple or elopement ceremony is $195.00
Fee for customized ceremony is between $295 and $475-
includes consultations via in-person, video chat, phone or email. I will help with writing vows and customizing the ceremony with the couple's "story" incorporated into it. I'm not happy until you are happy with your ceremony content. Rehearsal the day before is additional $40 for travel and time. l work with my couple to make their ceremony the way they want it, whether it simple. elegant, lighthearted or fun. It's all about you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact via email or phone, I will send a couples questionnaire to get some information on the type of ceremony the couple envisions.
I like to get to know my couple's personalities and for them to get to know me through an in-person meeting if possible. My goal is to have them comfortable with me and know that I will be there for them through the process at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at the Celebrant Foundation and Institute. I have a Bachelors in Divinity certification. I have been doing all types of life celebrations since 2014 while studying different types of ceremonies, how to craft the ceremony for the couple, vow renewals etc. Also how to incorporate interfaith and cultural ceremonies with specific ritual ceremonies included. I work with all couples including same gender :)
