Jet Appliance was able to fit me in the schedule quickly and on my first choice of date. The technician texted an ETA when he was running late. He was knowledgeable about my washer issue and recommended a replacement. It was a good experience and I’d work with them again if I have another appliance need.

This is a late but necessary review: Dave came and tested my washer. Unfortunately, the issue that I had is a known issue for the brand that I have. O knew that based on YouTube, nutnI was praying for another result. Dave told me about the issue and didn't try to sell me! I have the utmost respect for them as I would have bought whatever he told me

After making an appointment with Jet Appliance, Dave stayed in touch with me via text and arrived promptly. He was very friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. He ordered the part and within a few days returned to complete the repair. I am very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to hire again if needed.
