Whew!! Where do I start! Reached out to jets appliances Tuesday around 3am they messaged me 8am and said we could have a technician out this evening. Tuesday evening came and the technician inspected my washer and immediately knew what was going on. He ordered the part and said he’ll be back by Friday if the part was delivered early. The Part ran a little but he still insisted on making sure my wash unit was back to its regular self. He came Friday night, took out the damaged part and installed the new one. Professional, knowledgeable and quick!! I knew what my final cost was from the initial visit. 10 stars all around! If I ever need appliances to be fixed, I DEFINITELY know who to call. 10/10 thank you so much for your service.

My experience with Jet was excellent! Dave stayed in close contact, and was very professional in his work. He diagnosed the problem quickly , and even got me a deal on the replacement part. He even went above and beyond and tightened the drum in the washer even though that wasn’t what needed to be repaired. He was very personable as well, and gave great advice on preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the washer. Not saying that I want any more appliance issues, but if I have any, I’ll use Jerry again.
