From the start of trying to get my washer fixed Dean communicated so well and was super fast to come help and fix my washer ! Just had repair on dryer performed by Master Plumbing. The 2 technicians were on time and communicated throughout found problems and went to retrieve parts installed parts and reassembled working as good as new would use them again

Two of the most professional and nicest young men. Walid called me back immediately and we scheduled an appoint for the next day. Communication was Great! Their knowledge and education of their field is exceptional. Walid and Dean fixed my dishwasher that is approximately 3 years new. I thought it was the electronics because it would not clear and reset itself. Turns out I have hard water issues. They took it apart and cleaned it up and now it runs great! I truly could not be without a dishwasher this time of the year. They saved me $ because I was seriously going to buy a new dishwasher. We talked about hard water issues and they came back the next morning and put a water cartridge filter under the sink to the dishwasher. Pricing was reasonable. After the holidays they are coming back to install a water filtration system for the whole house. I definitely recommend them for any repairs and I will be using their services again in the future!
