Steve did a great job on my heater. He was fast, clean and very courteous. When he began to flush my radiators, I saw a leak coming down the wall. He quickly located the problem (a nail perforated the pipe when the new Microwave was installed) and fixed it. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be a small nominal fee. I was very happy that Steve was there to stop and control a problem that could have become huge. He is areal gem in my book!

MUST READ! First, I will begin with: Steve always calls you back, is punctual, and a man of his word. I needed a new gas boiler for a 2000 sq. ft. home in Philly. I live in N.Y., and this was my first time paying for a job of this magnitude "online"! Well, Steve was the lowest price of this site's competitors, always responded quickly, and seemed to be the most honest. The process went smoothly, he also hooked up a secured thermostat that I wanted, and all proper functions of the boiler were handled by an expert. I came home from being out of town late on a Sunday night to discover that my water heater failed and was leaking. I contacted four plumbers and ultimately went with Steve because he had a great price, had very good reviews, and because the estimate experience with him was better than the other three plumbers. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, get the new unit installed immediately, and help me deal with the warranty on my failed unit. I will be hiring Steve again for my other heating and plumbing needs.
