- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections, at no cost or obligation to the consumer. We have found that our price-point is highly competitive and oftentimes more affordable than other industry competitor's providing similar services to what we offer. Also, we are happy to extend Military and Senior Citizen discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Highlander Waterproofing, we start with a brief call to gather some details about the foundation problem the client is currently experiencing. Next, we schedule a free inspection for one of our trained field inspectors to stop by their property at a time that is convenient for the homeowner--this comprehensive evaluation typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour. At the time of the appointment, we provide a thorough inspection and consultation around the service we provide and repair we would recommend.

We provide expert basement waterproofing and structural repair services for both basements and crawl spaces. We work with residential and commercial properties.
