What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to email or phone the client first to understand their needs. We then create a contract or simple invoice, have them verify the information, and then proceed with sessions and/or choreography. Previously, we met with the client at their preferred destination or had them travel to our home gym; however, we’ve transitioned to a lot of remote work for the safety of our employees and clients. Our Zoom is set-up with mirrors and equipment to enable a true studio experience from the comfort of home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of dance & teaching experience plus ACE certified group fitness instructor. PhD in immunology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As children, we started dancing. We began teaching in our teen years, and our passion for fitness, dance and teaching blossomed from there.
