Overall job was unprofressional looking. I showed the owner exactly what i wanted in person. He said that was no problem. After the fact he said i was expecting too much. Too much and no problem sound like complete opposites to me. Completley unprofessionall when i confronted him with my problems after the job was over. He basically blamed me for not directing his workforce of two guys, which both admitted to me they barely had any experience. After attempting to fix my problems the next day. Boss was too busy with "prior engagement" to make sure I (the customer) was happy. Wouldnt recommend these people to anyone.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the work completed. It however is not my fault that your side yard is up against a 80% grade steep hillside, also, keep in mind, the reason for the grade that was done is because you decided last minute to have that gutter pipe extend through the middle of the lawn. Now, with that pipe there, barely below ground level (as you requested), how could we possibly just grade away the hillside (that would require the installation of a retaining wall for how you have it pictured in your idea). I apologize I personally was unable to be there today, I had a prior appointment with my dentist which I've been waiting for since August so that I could have a root canal completely, I wasn't going to reschedule my dental surgery and remain in pain. Also, you didn't direct my crew one bit, you stood outside all day long (why I'm not sure) but didn't say a single thing, except made our job twice as hard and take twice as long because of the interference. I will appreciate you not further defaming my and my business character and reputation by making these false accusations. I do apologize thank we were unable to exceed your expectations but as I stated before, in order to grade land on the side of the house, would mean having to put up a retaining wall, to take it flat to where you would like the yard to be, as well as have the pipe 36" below ground not 4" like we were directed by you.
