Any out of pocket expenses including parts and parking if applicable will be added to the final price.

From the initial contact and to the end of the job of installing our new fridge, Jim was great at every step of the way. He was transparent about his rates and gave me a fairly accurate time frame on how long the job would take and the approximate cost, and there was no surprises on the day of work. He communicated clearly, quickly, and explained everything I had questions about before and after the job. All in all I couldn't be more happy with my experience, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Showed up early and was great about answering questions. I hired him for three issues and he was able to solve the most important one (a leaking pipe under my kitchen faucet)-- the other two problems require me to replace the hardware of two faucets.

Jim did an excellent job installing two window air conditioners and hanging up six blinds. He has a very good work ethic and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Once he completes his jobs, he double checks to make sure everything is working properly and he cleans up afterwards too, which a lot of workers don’t seem to care to do anymore. If Jim is running behind schedule, he will text you and let you know. I would highly recommend Jim if anyone needs his services.
