Thank you so much to Luke, John, Rob, Walt, and the whole team for answering our urgent SOS signal! From my first interactions with Luke, I was blown away. Despite being fully booked, Luke (who is extremely responsive) reworked the schedule to quickly fit us in for a complete shower remodel. From first contacting Luke to having a new tile shower was less than one month. Every other professional I contacted indicated it would be months before they would be able to start my project. Luke and the team were extremely helpful in making design selections, which was sincerely appreciated as this was our first big project. Despite buying a newer home, the floor in our original shower had failed. It is an incredible feeling now knowing that our new shower is not only beautiful, but constructed extremely well. The team also took great care of our home (laying down paper to protect the floors and cleaning up daily). Additionally, they also installed new plumbing, fixed our drywall, and coordinated getting a new glass door fitted and installed. Luke went above and beyond to take care of every last detail, and we cannot recommend Paravati Tile enough! We had been planning to sell our home this spring, but love the shower so much that we going to stay! I look forward to partnering with Paravati Tile on future projects!

The Paravati gentlemen are extremely thorough and knowledgeable! My shower floor which is over my garage was installed by a different contractor failed miserably. Water broke through the garage ceiling, also causing water rot in the joists and water sipped down under my bathroom floor, which also had to be ripped out. Paravati showed me every step of the way as they were ripping it out what was wrong. They uncovered other problems and are now taking steps to rectify the various problems. So far, I have complete confidence in their work and am eagerly looking forward to the new installation.

Luke did a great job on my bathroom floor. He responded to my questions and concerns quickly before he started the job. I felt his prices were reasonable. I would highly recommended him.

These guys did really gorgeous work. They were professional, got the work done on a timely manner, and we couldn't be happier with how our bathroom looks. We started off our project going with the lowest bidder on thumbtack for our project. This was a mistake (please don't ever hire someone for a project like this who is willing to quote you without seeing it in person). After that catastrophe Paravati Tile basically saved our project.
