Christian provided excellent service from my first contact through the actual repair. Responded immediately to my request, knew what the issue was but came out to check the appliance anyway. Confirmed the issue with my dryer and immediately ordered the parts and was back within two days to fix the unit. It’s now running like new. Highly recommend Christian for any Appliance Repair!He also looked at my dishwasher and rather than rip me off informed me that it wasn’t worth repairing at this time. Total professional!

Chris was excellent! The washing machine part needed wasn’t available locally, so he found it on Amazon and had it shipped to us. As soon as it came in, he met us at our rental property and repaired the washer. Would highly recommend Prime Appliance Repair.

I emailed Prime Appliance yesterday, June 9 and asked if they could fix my dryer today. This morning Christian called me, and let me know he would be in the area. He was at my house within the hour and fixed my dryer within 45 minutes. Did an excellent job and vacuumed out my dryer filter. He was friendly, professional, and reliable. I plan on calling him for other jobs, including fixing our overhead garage door.

My professional.Christian,was right on time. He was very courteous and analyzed my issue immediately. He then explained what the problem was what it would cost to fix it and after I gave him the go ahead He did the repair very quickly and throughly. I would certainly use Christian again if need be!!
