This company was unbelievably responsive. They came out to diagnose my washing machine within a couple hours of my call. Oleg was very professional, gave me options and then looked up the part I needed so that I could buy it online. Once I ordered it and it arrived, he came out within an hour of me calling that i had received it. Unbelievably excellent response time and I didn’t need to buy a new washing machine! I’m very satisfied.
