- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After seeing my menu, prices and some samples, I suggest to call or email for a no obligation quotation for what you want. Many people do not know how to price thing out the best way for their event and number of guests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hesitate to ask questions. Also if you do not see it ask. I love talking with my clients, and even if I cannot do it, with my years in the business, I normally can recommend who does what you may be looking for. I will always be honest.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
This is a great question to ask. I have found not everyone answers this honestly on the internet. We have been in business since April 1983. Yes 1983, and we have been owned and operated by only one person, Brad Orenstein.
