What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is $99 for heating and cooling and $79 for appliances. The diagnostic is free when you repair with us. If you decide not to repair, you pay only the service call. Repair prices are posted on our website as starting prices, before sales tax. The final price is confirmed after the diagnosis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us a request with the problem and your ZIP code. We call or text you to confirm a visit window: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Our technician finds the cause first, then you decide whether to repair. Emergency calls are taken 24/7.
What types of customers have you worked with?
