We have arranged an appointment with Dan from Home Rangers LLC to come out a few weeks ago for the purpose of performing maintenance on our HVAC system. Our American Standard Heat Pump makes a very loud humming/vibration noise when the heat comes on. This occurred even during milder weather, so I don‘t believe the noise was due to ice/snow buildup. The service technician (Dan) was very thorough and did extensive tests, but could not solve the issue. He explained various things that could cause the noise and they seemed plausible, but not fixable. Dan did ensure us that the Heat Pump was in working condition despite the noise. Dan was very professional and honest and I would not hesitate to use his services again despite his not fixing the issue.

Home Rangers responded to my call about our Rinnai hot water heater immediately and scheduled same day service. Dan is a Rinnai trained tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent the needed time to address and fix the issues. He explained how the system works and what to expect from the Rinnai system (we just moved into the house and never had this type of water heater). He also explained some of the other mechanical systems in our house that I asked about and how they could service in the future. We are going to arrange to have Home Rangers service our hot water heater, boiler and radiant heat system annually with their service contracts. Dan is exceptional.

I had Dan from Home Rangers come out today and look at my system to make sure everything was working properly. He was great to work with. He was honest and very knowledgeable to help me understand my unit better. I would highly suggest them and when the time comes that my unit breaks I will be using them.
